Advance reservations are welcomed and recommended for all Wildlings Mountain Camp offerings. All offerings are subject to availability and may be fully reserved at any time.

The full cost of Wildlings reservations and programs will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. A $50 non refundable fee is included in your reservation per child, per booking.

49 hours prior to scheduled start time: Student(s) may cancel and will be fully refunded less the $50 non-refundable deposit per booking, per child.

Within 48 hours prior to scheduled start time: Daily Drop-ins are non-refundable. Cancellations due to illness may be rescheduled within 7 business days, based on availability. No refunds will be given.

Due to the scheduling complexities within the childcare industry, we must strongly adhere to our cancellation policies and practices so that we can continue to offer childcare services to the Park City community. Thank you for your understanding.

8:00-9:00am: Drop-Off + Open Play

9:00-9:30am: Circle Time + Morning Snack

9:30-10:15am: Art, Imaginary Play, + Sensory Play

10:15-11:00am: Outdoor Exploration

11:00-12pm: Lunch + Listening Story

12:00pm: Pickup for Morning Half Day Children

12:00pm: Drop-off for Afternoon Half Day Children + Lunch

12:45pm: Nap or Quiet Time. (Imaginary Play + Art for Non-Nappers)

2:00-2:30pm: Afternoon Snack + Story Time

2:30pm: Movement Games + Play Based Learning

3:30-4:00pm: Pickup for All Children
